As the Director of Operations for the Corporation, I created the proposal for this contract that was over 600 pages. It was awarded to Friendly Care Medical Transport under my name and my supervision.
This contract was to transport NJ Vets to and from their doctor's appointments and it was an honor to take care of America's Vets the same way they took care of us.
There are very strict inventory requirements for Non Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) vehicles. The New Jersey Department of Health has a long lists of the needed equipment for EMTs and MAVO. The majority of this inventory has short expiration dates.
Using the Just-In-Time (JIT) Inventory system I was able to code all equipment to an inventory software system that would only reorder when the supply was just about out and one day free shipping allowed for all vehicles to be fully stocked without having to throw away expired equipment.
